RPA Developer - Blue Prism

A new exciting opportunity has become available to join a global leading payment solutions company. They are looking for RPA Developers to enhance their dynamic team, helping to shape the future of payment technologies using their own advanced technology. 

Key responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain extensive knowledge of the industry, systems, and products to support both client and operational areas.
  • Conduct process assessments, create Robotic Automation Documents (RAD), Test Plans, and Performance Implementation Plans.
  • Build Process and Business Objects adhering to best practices and industry standards.
  • Provide weekly updates in team RMM meetings and undertake live proving of code post-deployment.
  • Spend time in the Control Room monitoring production processes and ensuring smooth operations.
  • Continuously seek new methods to improve workflows and grow organically.
  • Facilitate discussions with technical teams, account management, vendors, or clients as necessary.
  • Analyse client-initiated changes and consult on best practices and solutions.
  • Lead RPA team training on specified modules or products and develop functional requirements to support client customization.
  • Manage multiple projects from initiation to delivery, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s Degree or relevant experience in the Robotics field.
  • Experience in Blue Prism, UiPath, Automation Anywhere or similar automation tools is essential.
  • Minimum 4 years of experience, preferably in the Credit Card or Financial Industry.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and excellent judgment.
  • Proven ability to communicate technical changes in easily understandable business terms.
  • Experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously.
