Job Title: Procore System Analyst

Location: Milton Keynes (Remote working available)

We are working with a forward-thinking construction business that has adopted Procore, a leading construction project management platform. They are heavily invested in this system and are committed to integrating all their processes onto it to enhance efficiency and collaboration.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Procore System Analyst to join the team. This role is pivotal in developing and optimizing their use of Procore across the company. You will work closely with site managers and other stakeholders to ensure the smooth administration and functionality of the system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and control all project documentation using Procore.
  • Develop and implement best practices for Procore usage within the company.
  • Provide administrative support to site managers, allowing them to focus on core project tasks.
  • Facilitate remote working capabilities through the cloud-based system.
  • Drive fast-track development and showcase the system's capabilities.
  • Assist with the potential increase in system usage due to new site developments.

Requirements:

  • Experience with Procore or similar construction project management platforms.
  • Strong administrative and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and remotely if needed.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Open to candidates from the US.
