We are looking for a Salesforce Solution Architect. This is your chance to join a leading insurance firm, specialising in home warranty.

What You Can Expect

• Location - Milton Keynes (Hybrid - 2 days in office per week)
• Salary - £700 - £850 per day Inside IR35

Main Responsibilities as a Salesforce Solution Architect

• Design end to end Salesforce architectures that align with business requirements and technical standards.
• Architect scalable and sustainable integrations using Mulesoft and Salesforce.
• Optimise Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud functionalities for operational excellence.
• Lead multi-disciplinary digital transformation programs as a key technology leader.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders, program management and system integrators to achieve strategic objectives.
• Ensure architectural designs meet security, compliance and performance standards.
• Provide guidance on Salesforce platform best practices for configurations, customisations and integrations.
• Govern architectural designs through design authority.
• Partner with systems integration teams for successful implementation, testing and deployment of solutions.
• Bridge technical delivery teams and stakeholders for clarity and alignment on requirements and stakeholders.

Skills, Qualifications, and Experience

• 5+ years of experience in designing and implementing Salesforce solutions is essential.
• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Service Cloud, Experience Cloud and Data Cloud is essential.
• Expertise in integration platforms, particularly Mulesoft, and experience implementing enterprise-grade integrations.
• Knowledge of system integration principles, including REST/SOAP APIs, event-driven architecture and middleware.
• Experience in architecting solutions within a large transformation project.
• Experience working with Jenkins or Copado would be desirable.
• Experience mentoring junior architects would be desirable.
• Experience working with LeanIX would be desirable.
• TOGAF 9.2 would be desirable.
• Achieved or working towards 'Salesforce Certified Technical Architect (CTA).
