Key Responsibilities as a Solutions Architect

  • Developing functional architecture designs for the Homes Transformation project(s).
  • Assessing designs created by Solution Designers and Architects.
  • Collaborating with the engineering teams to implement solutions, primarily using an agile methodology.

Core experience, Qualifications, and Skills

  • Expertise in Domain-Driven Design with practical knowledge of the BIAN framework, TOGAF, and ArchiMate.
  • Experience with Mortgages/Homes
  • Experience in designing API and microservice architecture solutions.
  • Proven ability to define and document both current and target architectures, specifying services and integrated applications while collaborating with stakeholders to establish and implement strategic plans and roadmaps.
  • Passionate about fostering change by developing practical, implementable architectures that align with IT principles and adhere to governance frameworks.
  • Strong emphasis on collaboration, with excellent communication skills to convey concepts and influence a diverse range of stakeholders and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of best practices in planning and organising, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, while maintaining flexibility and a positive, solution-focused approach.
