At Wild we are recruiting for an Applications Executive based in Milton Keynes. Working for a fantastic company who provide great benefits and take care of their employees. This role is permanent and also hybrid.

As an Applications Executive, you will be processing applications from initial registration through qualification and into membership. You will be managing a variety of applications and assisting with administrative tasks.

Role:

  • Day to day you will be assisting with enquiries
  • Creating and maintaining records
  • Data cleansing
  • Maintain a high standard of customer service
  • To support colleagues and other departments

Experience:

  • Previous admin experience within a similar role
  • Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based role
  • Good IT skills
  • Organisational and planning skills
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
