As an Applications Executive, you will be processing applications from initial registration through qualification and into membership. You will be managing a variety of applications and assisting with administrative tasks.
Role:
- Day to day you will be assisting with enquiries
- Creating and maintaining records
- Data cleansing
- Maintain a high standard of customer service
- To support colleagues and other departments
Experience:
- Previous admin experience within a similar role
- Exceptional customer service skills and experience within a phone based role
- Good IT skills
- Organisational and planning skills
- Able to work in a fast paced environment
