About the client:
My client is a leading IT provider to educational trusts across the Midlands. They are now seeking an ICT Technician to join their growing team in Coventry. The role provides on-site support to our client's schools and you will be responsible for the day-to-day 1st and 2nd line IT needs. A car and driving license are essential for this role and fuel expenses are included.

The ICT Technician Role:
- Provide 1st and 2nd line support
- Provide an approachable, friendly service to clients
- Resolve, advise and assist any IT issues that arise
- Occasionally visit other client sites and assist with migrations at client sites
- Perform regular maintenance and checks
- Remotely resolve issues using the helpdesk
- Provide telephone support
ICT Technician - Essential Skills:
- Windows Server, Azure, MacOS, Office 365, Active Directory, Printers
- A minimum 1 year professional 2nd line support experience
- Have a car and driver's license
