Job Opportunity: IT Staging Engineer Location: Milton KeynesContract: Rolling ContractPay Rate: £145 per day (subject to umbrella company deductions)Working Hours: Monday - Friday (40 hours per week)Concept are recruiting for a IT Staging Engineer to join a leading IT services company, working with bespoke Electronic Point of Sale (EPOS) systems.Key Responsibilities:

  • Install software on various types of EPOS equipment and associated peripherals according to customer specifications.
  • Oversee the staging, setup, and configuration of IT equipment including servers, computers, switches, routers, and other hardware.
  • Perform general workshop duties, including loading and unloading equipment for distribution.

What We're Looking For:

  • Proven experience as an IT Staging Engineer, Configuration Engineer, or similar role
  • Previous leadership experience, ideally in a workshop or technical environment would be advantageous
  • Strong knowledge of IT hardware, networking, and systems setup
  • Ability to use basic tools such as screwdrivers and drills.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to pass vetting checks, including criminal and financial background checks.
