The Role:We’re seeking an experienced 3rd Line Support Engineer to join our innovative team. As part of this hybrid role, you’ll spend two days a week in our Milton Keynes office, collaborating with colleagues, and the rest supporting clients remotely. You’ll tackle complex technical challenges, lead transformative projects, and play a key role in shaping the future of our clients’ IT infrastructure.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide 3rd line support for clients’ technical issues, ensuring seamless resolutions.
- Execute impactful Azure and Office 365 projects, enhancing clients' IT systems.
- Drive VMware to Hyper-V migrations, transitioning client environments smoothly.
- Lead cloud migration projects, moving clients from on-premise technologies to hosted cloud solutions.
- Collaborate with clients and internal teams to deliver innovative IT solutions and support.
About You:The ideal candidate will bring:
- A minimum of 8 years’ experience in IT support roles.
- Expertise in Azure, Office 365, and virtualization technologies such as VMware and Hyper-V.
- Proven success in cloud migrations and infrastructure transformations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills to tackle complex IT challenges.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication abilities for client-facing interactions.
