The Role
A unique and exciting opportunity of Sales Manager for a leading provider of Data Capture technology solutions has become available due to dramatic sales growth from their key clients. You will consultatively sell an expansive portfolio of data capture hardware technology solutions to Tier 1 to Tier 2 companies within the end-to-end supply chain, from manufactures to companies that store and then transport goods to the end customer, such as logistics, warehousing, storage, transport, courier companies, and even airlines. As a valued partner, you will sell them a portfolio of electronic, electrical, IT and automated products that provide an overall project solution that increases their efficiency, competitive advantage and profitability within the end-to-end supply chain management ecosystem.

Experience Required
You will be an experienced high calibre successful sales professional that is selling some form of product or service into manufacturers, large transport, warehousing, logistics, manufacturing companies, any companies within the end-to-end supply chain. As their Sales Manager you will be focused on increasing mid to large project sales with Tier 1 and Tier 2 existing clients so you must have experience of working closely with multiple stakeholders within these businesses from the inception through to delivery of 100k's to multi M's multisite national and international projects. Alongside key account management, you will have the opportunity to bring on your own strategic accounts and follow up on warm to hot leads from referrals and recommendations of partners also involved in these projects providing consultancy to logistics transportsoftware.

The Package
Initial indications from the client are a base salary of between 60,000 to 70,000 depending on your experience and proven performance in selling technology into companies from end-to-end within the supply chain, from manufacturing through to delivery. An uncapped OTE of in excess of +100,000 is achievable although there are existing members of the sales team earning in excess of this amount. This extensive package also comes with a generous car allowance so you can choose your preferred car, laptop, mobile phone, private health care, dental and high pension contribution.
