- Milton Keynes office hub (with remote work option after 3-6 weeks of training)
- Hours: 2 late shifts per week (until 7 pm)
Compensation:
- Retainer: £1,000 per month
- OTE: £60,000 per year
- Top advisors can earn £100,000+

We are looking for driven and motivated individuals to join our team as Self-Employed Sales Advisors. In this outbound sales role, you will contact warm leads from the largest comparison websites. After an initial induction and approximately 3-6 weeks working from our Milton Keynes office hub, youll have the flexibility to work fully remotely once compliant. Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to warm leads generated from top comparison websites.
- Engage with potential customers, assess their needs, and recommend appropriate products or services.
- Build strong relationships to maximize conversions and customer satisfaction.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales targets and performance KPIs.
- Accurately record customer details and outcomes using the CRM system.
- Maintain a professional attitude, contributing to a positive team culture.
- £1,000/month retainer to provide a stable income base.
- OTE of £60,000 per year, with top performers earning up to £100,000.
- Warm leads from the largest comparison sites, reducing cold calling.
- Flexibility to work from home after approximately 3-6 weeks in the Milton Keynes office.
- Two late shifts per week and one weekend per month, with weekdays off in return.
- Full support and ongoing training to enhance your skills and success.
Our next induction sessions will be held on:
- 25th November
- 9th December
The training will be based at our Milton Keynes hub, where youll be supported to get up to speed with our processes and products. After approximately 3-6 weeks, once compliant, you will have the opportunity to work fully remotely.
Key Requirements:- Proven track record in outbound sales, telesales, or a similar customer-focused role.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- A self-motivated, target-driven approach.
- Ability to work independently and manage your own performance.
- Basic IT skills for CRM system usage and tracking.
- Flexibility to work two late shifts per week (until 7 pm) and one weekend per month.
