- Strong communication skills and a desire to enhance client servicing abilities.
- A minimum of two years' experience in property claims handling.
- Proficient IT skills – Excel, Word, and Outlook.
- Willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate global time differentials.
- Readiness to travel to various UK locations, and potentially overseas, for client and team meetings.
