You will be at the heart of our major network operations, bringing your skill and expertise in claims handling to the front line. Role Responsibilities:In this multifaceted position, you'll be:
  • Overseeing complex property claims within the Global Claims handling operations.
  • Facilitating accurate and prompt claims processing in accordance with varied requirements.
  • Responding to client requests efficiently, adopting a customer-focused approach.
  • Developing strategies to avert future escalations.
  • Coordinating with finance teams to conduct financial accounting reconciliations pertaining to claims.
About You:We are on the hunt for a self-motivated, organised individual who brings both focus and flexibility to their work. Preferred qualifications and skills include:
  • Strong communication skills and a desire to enhance client servicing abilities.
  • A minimum of two years' experience in property claims handling.
