Liability Claims Handler

Our client, a leading global organisation, is seeking an experienced Liability Claims Handler to join an established of 8 Claims Handlers.

The role focuses on handling and settling a diverse caseload of Casualty claims, typically in excess of  £75K. This includes a mix of Employers' Liability, Public Liability and Product claims, from inception to resolution. You will provide expert advice to policyholders within specified timeframes, ensuring claims are handled efficiently and in accordance with client service level agreements (SLAs) and key performance indicators (KPIs).  In addition, you will work closely with a field based Loss Adjuster, to assist on the administrative tasks for more complex risks.
