I am pleased to be supporting my client in the recruitment of an Insurance Accounts Assistant more commonly named IBA Assistant. Full training will be given however if you currently work as a Accounts or Admin assistant and have experience of reconciling accounts that would be an advantage. This is a fully hybrid role typically working 2-3 days in the office in Milton Keynes.

- Assist with the reconciliation of accounts
- Assist with the reconciliation of receipts and payments with invoices
- Assist with reviewing and processing of payment requests
- Review and forward settlements to cashiers
- Resolve queries promptly and efficiently, in a courteous and efficient manner consistent with agreed Service Level time frames
- Ensure Notice of Cancellation letters received directly from insurers are forwarded to relevant departments, so that they can action as appropriate
Requirements
- Full training will be given but ideally my client would like someone with Admin or Accounts Experience
- Strong written and in person communication skills
- Proficient IT skills, including but not limited to Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint
- Ability to take on new information and have a willingness to learn
