Our client, a large global Lloyds Broker, is looking for an Insurance Technician to join their Broker Support team based in their brand new Milton Keynes office. The purpose of the role is to provide technical and broker support to the broking teams.
Main Duties:
- Prepare and manage client and broking documentation.
- Process MRC slips, quotes, indications, and endorsements.
- Handle client renewals and mid-term adjustments.
- Perform technical duties, including data entry, credit control, and follow-up on subjectivities, with precision
- Handle incoming enquiries from clients, insurers, and third parties, ensuring a professional and timely response.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records.
- Lead and contribute to team projects.
Essential Skills Required:
- Previous experience within an Insurance role
- Knowledge of London/ Lloyds Insurance market
- Strong attention to detail.
- Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Desirable:
- Knowledge across all Insurance classes
- Developing technical expertise in reinsurance or insurance.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
