We are looking for a proactive Finance Assistant / Billing Clerk to join a highly respectable client in Milton Keynes. This role will start with transactional tasks and grow over time.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process and record customer invoices accurately.
  • Resolve invoice discrepancies and customer queries.
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth billing processes.
  • Prepare and manage sales ledger.
  • Assist with cash receipts and month-end closing.
  • Identify and implement process improvements.

Requirements:

  • Experience in billing or a similar finance role.
  • Strong understanding of billing processes and software.
  • High attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Good organisational and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, SAP, QuickBooks and Xero
