My client, a well-respected leader in water compliance services, is seeking a proactive and experienced Legionella Risk Assessor to join their team. Based in Milton Keynes, this role will cover the Midlands and South East, offering a competitive salary of up to £35,000. As a Legionella Risk Assessor, your key duties will include:
- Conduct Legionella risk assessments in line with ACOP L8 and HSG274 guidelines.
- Inspect water systems across commercial and residential properties.
- Prepare thorough reports with tailored recommendations for compliance and control.
- Advise clients on water safety measures, remedial actions and best practices.
- Support clients with training and develop monitoring plans.
To be successful, you will need:
- A minimum of 12 months Legionella Risk Assessor experience with sound knowledge of relevant regulations and compliance.
- A confident communicator, comfortable engaging with clients and colleagues.
- Excellent IT skills and proficient in Microsoft Office
- City & Guilds in Legionella Risk Assessor qualification (or equivalent).
- Highly organised, with the ability to manage your workload effectively.
- A full UK driving license is essential with a flexible approach to travel.
