Pensions Administrator 6 month fixed term contract Milton Keynes £25,000.00 per annum
Our client is looking for a diligent, proactive, and hardworking Pensions Administrator to support their busy team. As a Pensions Administrator you will play a key role in providing essential administrative support to the Pensions team. The contract duration will initially be 6 months.
Your duties as a Pensions Administrator will include but are not limited to:
- Electronic filing using SharePoint, scanning and assisting with the archiving of files.
- Preparing purchase orders, liaising with suppliers regarding invoices and maintaining records of purchase orders and invoice details.
- Assisting with the arranging and preparation of meetings.
- Assisting with mailings including printing, copying and enveloping.
- Acknowledging and responding to enquiries received by the Pensions team. Via face-to-face, Teams, telephone and email communication.
- Supporting team members with other ad hoc tasks as required.
To be a successful Pensions Administrator you must have:
- The ability to use Microsoft products including ShareFile, Teams and Outlook.
- Familiarity with Adobe Acrobat Pro.
- Excellent attention to detail, even when undertaking repetitive tasks.
- Intermediate Excel and Word skills are advantageous.
- An understanding of data protection is beneficial.
