Mortgage Administrator - Partnering with a Leading Financial Advisory Firm

We are partnering with a well-established financial advisory firm that is looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the mortgage application process while delivering excellent client service.

Role Overview:

This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting mortgage and protection applications, liaising with lenders, and ensuring a smooth process for clients. For those interested in career progression, there may be an opportunity to transition into Mortgage Advisory in the future.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Regularly liaise with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status.
  • Proactively manage and progress mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion.
  • Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
  • Accurately submit mortgage and protection applications while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
Skills & Experience Required:
  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage administration, ideally within a mortgage brokerage.
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges efficiently.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
  • Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
