We are partnering with a well-established financial advisory firm that is looking for an experienced Mortgage Administrator to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented professional to support the mortgage application process while delivering excellent client service.
Role Overview:This is an office-based role, working Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM. The successful candidate will play a key role in supporting mortgage and protection applications, liaising with lenders, and ensuring a smooth process for clients. For those interested in career progression, there may be an opportunity to transition into Mortgage Advisory in the future.
Key Responsibilities:- Regularly liaise with lenders and providers to obtain updates on applicant status.
- Proactively manage and progress mortgage and protection applications from submission through to completion.
- Handle incoming calls and emails, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
- Accurately submit mortgage and protection applications while ensuring compliance with industry standards.
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in mortgage administration, ideally within a mortgage brokerage.
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to handle challenges efficiently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a confident telephone manner.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to provide outstanding customer service.
- Competitive salary package of £25,000 - £30,000 DOE (negotiable).
