Alexander Lloyd is partnered with an independent Pensions administration firm who specialise in providing Pension Solutions to an array of Schemes. Due to growth are looking to recruit Pension Administrators in their Milton Keynes office, on a flexible hybrid working arrangement of 3x days in the office, 2x days working from home. For experienced SIPP Pension professionals, remote working will be considered on a case-by-case basis.

About the role:

As a Senior Pensions Administrator, the successful candidate will manage a portfolio of Pension clients (SIPP & SSAS) and be responsible for completing Pension transactions, from new business set up to investments, dealing with banking and pension contributions, processing drawdowns and processing retirement & deaths cases. As a Senior member of the team, you will support junior colleagues with training and quality checking of their work.

Experience required:

  • Current SIPP (Self Invested Personal Pension) administration experience, a minimum of 3+ year.
  • Strong knowledge of and understanding of Pensions legislation and UK regulatory requirements.
  • Proficient in Microsoft and Excel.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
