PAINT SPRAYEROur client is a joinery company specialising in high-quality, bespoke woodwork, Who pride themselves on delivering exceptional craftsmanship and finishing.  They are currently looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Paint Sprayer to join their team.Job Description:As a Paint Sprayer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring joinery products are finished to the highest standards. You will be responsible for preparing, spraying, and finishing a variety of woodwork, including doors, windows, cabinets, and other bespoke joinery items. Your keen eye for detail and commitment to quality will help maintain our reputation for excellence.Key Responsibilities:
  • Surface Preparation: Sanding, priming, and preparing wood surfaces for painting or staining.
  • Spraying: Applying paint, stains, lacquers, and other finishes using spray guns, ensuring even coverage and a flawless finish.
  • Quality Control: Inspecting finished products to ensure they meet the required standards of quality and finish.
  • Maintenance: Regular cleaning and maintenance of spray equipment and the work area.
  • Health & Safety: Adhering to all health and safety regulations, including the proper use of PPE and safe handling of materials.
Requirements:
  • Experience: Previous experience a Paint Sprayer in a joinery or similar environment.
  • Skills: Proficiency in using various spraying equipment and techniques. Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality finishes.
  • Knowledge: Understanding of different types of paint, stains, and finishes, and how they interact with various wood types.
  • Physical Fitness: Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and standing for extended periods.
  • Team Player: Ability to work well within a team and contribute to a positive work environment.
