Our client is a well-established manufacturer of aluminium and plastic extrusion parts, and they’re on the lookout for a skilled Powder Coating Operative to join their growing team. If you have experience in powder coating or a paint shop environment, this is a fantastic opportunity to secure a stable, long-term role with great prospects for progression.
What You’ll Be Doing:
? Setting up and running the powder coating plant? Carrying out quality checks to ensure a flawless finish? Adjusting machine settings to maintain high production standards? Following safe working practices and operational procedures? Identifying and resolving issues to improve efficiency? Assisting with preventative maintenance to minimise downtime? Continuously improving processes to boost productivity and quality
What We’re Looking For:
? Experience in powder coating, a paint shop, or a similar manufacturing role? A keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality? Ability to work efficiently under deadlines and prioritise workload? Strong teamwork and communication skills? A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and improve
