Position: Commercial Litigation Senior Associate/Legal Director Role type: Permanent, Full-Time (part-time applicants will be considered) Location: Milton Keynes (hybrid) Salary guide: £80,000 - £100,000 per annum
The Role:
We are partnered with our top 100 ranked client near Milton Keynes seeking a senior associate/legal director to join their well-respected Commercial Litigation department. This is a full-time permanent role offers the opportunity to further develop your expertise while contributing to the growth and success of the team. Hybrid working is available.
Key Role Responsibilities:
- Manage a diverse range of commercial disputes, including but not limited to:
- Civil fraud
- Shareholder disputes
- Professional negligence
- Warranty claims
- Insolvency issues
- Other complex commercial matters
Candidate Requirements:
- Qualified Solicitor with a minimum of 8 years PQE.
- Proven experience dealing with complex commercial disputes matters.
- Strong technical knowledge and the ability to apply it in practical settings
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- The ability to manage and prioritise a demanding caseload
- A proactive approach to client relationships and business development
- A commitment to professional development and staying up-to-date with changes in law and practice
