Our client is a leading regional law firm and are looking to appoint a Newly Qualified Solicitor within their Banking and Finance Team.

You will effectively manage a caseload of banking related matters. The team deals with a varied caseload of matters servicing borrowers, lenders and investors. You will be exposed to a broad range of banking work including corporate banking, real estate finance, acquisition finance, leveraged finance, development finance.

Your responsibilities will include advising and assisting clients in relation to their matters, ensuring a high level of client service is maintained at all times and that the client’s aims are met, preparing and reviewing legal documents.

Requirements

You should possess excellent communication skills, be approachable and work well as part of a team and be motivated to deliver great result.

Ability to deal with straightforward transactions, including unfamiliar tasks which present a range of problems

Uses own judgement but may need supervision at differing levels of transaction

An LLM Law Degree or equivalent; and LPC or SQE qualification.
