We are currently seeking a highly skilled and experienced Private Client NQ - 2 years PQE Solicitor to join our client's esteemed legal team. Our client is a leading law firm specialising in Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney. The successful candidate will play a key role in advising and assisting clients with a wide range of HNW legal matters. You will have the opportunity to work closely with individuals and families to understand their unique circumstances, offering tailored solutions to meet their needs.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing expert legal advice and guidance on will drafting, estate administration, and inheritance tax planning.
  • Assisting clients with the creation and management of Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Advising on the implications of lifetime gifts and assisting with establishing trusts.
  • Managing a diverse caseload efficiently and effectively.
  • Building and maintaining strong client relationships, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
  • Keeping up to date with relevant legal developments and changes in legislation.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Qualified Solicitor of England and Wales NQ - 2 years' experience in Private Client Law.
  • Solid knowledge and experience in Wills, Probate, Estate Planning, and Lasting Powers of Attorney.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building rapport with clients and colleagues alike.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively under pressure.
  • A client-focused approach, with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Salary:

Offering £35,000 - £45,000 dependent on experience.
