Property Litigation Associate Solicitor (4+PQE)

Location: Milton Keynes

Salary: Up to £1000,000 (doe)

An exciting opportunity to work with one of the UK's leading legal teams, recognised for its expertise in handling complex and high-value disputes. This top ranked Practice firm is seeking a Property Litigation Associate with a minimum of 2 years PQE to join their dynamic and high-performing team. The successful candidate will have the opportunity to work closely with senior members of the team and play a key role in delivering excellent service to the team's diverse and high-profile client base.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be involved in a range of challenging, high-value cases, including:

  • Commercial landlord and tenant disputes

  • Development-related disputes

  • Disputes concerning land, easements, restrictive covenants, and rights to light

The role offers an opportunity to manage individual matters while benefiting from the mentorship and support of more senior team members. The lawyer will be expected to work on complex and high-profile disputes, providing them with the chance to further develop their legal expertise and take on increasing responsibility.

Skills and Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be an ambitious and self-motivated solicitor with at least 3 years of litigation experience. While detailed knowledge of Property Litigation is not essential, the successful candidate should possess strong general litigation skills.
