We are seeking a Quality Manager for a client located in Milton Keynes, requiring British citizenship due to necessary security clearances.
The role offers a salary of £45,000 to £55,000 per year and requires a solid background in quality, health and safety, auditing, and investigations.
Candidates should have experience with ISO standards, particularly ISO 14001 and ISO 45001, along with a NEBOSH qualification being desirable.
Key responsibilities include the development and management of quality systems, conducting internal and supplier audits, and driving continuous improvement initiatives.

Skills/background/experience of:

Solid record within quality/health and safety/auditing & investigations
RAMS/Lean manufacturing/continuous improvement
ISO and other standards including environmental system standards
NEBOSH qualification desirable

Overview of role:

Development of ISO 14001 and ISO45001
Maintenance and management of quality, health and safety and environmental systems
Internal audits and investigations as well as supplier audits
Training and development
Continuous improvement/analysis - producing reports
Collaborating with others on projects and tenders as well as supporting with knowledge of legislative and regulatory requirements
