Are you looking for an opportunity to join an evolving engineering business and take ownership of Quality? This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Quality Manager with an electro-mechanical background who wants to help shape the future of a highly successful business. My client designs and builds high-tech equipment that is used globally. With plans in place to grow the business, this is a great opportunity to take responsibility for your department.

- Ensuring that processes needed for the QMS are established, implemented and maintained.
- Driving quality levels through QA improvement and measurement tools, both internally and with suppliers.
- Managing non-conformances and complaints, utilising RCCA
- Understanding customer expectations of and needs for a product.
- Developing quality control processes and product specifications.
The Candidate: Quality Manager
The successful candidate will have the following skills and experience:
- Proven track record of quality management within an ISO9001 electro-mechanical environment.
- Markets you could have worked within include defence, medical devices, maritime/marine, instrumentation, and technology.
- Strong leader with the ability to influence and persuade others.
