Our client is a well-established, growing law firm seeking a Commercial Property Paralegal based in Milton Keynes on a full-time permanent basis. 

Summary of the Commercial Property Paralegal role

Responsibilities of the Commercial Property Paralegal

  • Advise on new leases and lease renewals.
  • Draft both new leases and lease renewals.
  • Negotiate on leases.
  • Develop contacts for the team and the firm.
  • Prepare contract documentation.

Requirements for a successful Commercial Property Paralegal

  • Professional Legal qualification or working towards.
  • Substantial Commercial Property experience.
  • Strong working knowledge of Landlord and Tenant law including commercial leases.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal with confidence communicating at senior level.
  • Strong negotiation skills.
  • Well organised with excellent time management. 
  • Strong IT and document management skills.
  • Strong attention to detail.
