This firm is keen to find an experience Conveyancing Paralegal/Assistant to join their growing team

Responsibilities:

  • Assisting the fee earner with residential property matters to include freehold and leasehold sales and purchases, remortgages, right to buy and transfers of equity
  • Preparing correspondence and documents (including audio typing using digital dictation)
  • Working directly with clients, agents and other fee earners to ensure a seamless service
  • Dealing with file set up and administration
  • Assisting with post exchange aspects of purchase and sale transactions and seeing them through to completion
  • Assisting with all aspects of post completion matters including title registration and SDLT (Stamp Duty Land Tax) returns, etc.

MUST HAVE:Minimum of 1 years experience working in Conveyancing within a law firm
