This is an excellent paralegal opportunity in the high-ranking Real Estate practice specialising in Property Litigation. Previous property litigation experience is not essential for this role, but candidates should demonstrate experience as a Paralegal. Full training will be provided, and the role comes with excellent career opportunities, specifically the potential to do the SQE and qualify as a Real Estate Litigation Solicitor in the future.

Drafting witness statements, formal demands, preparing bundles, preparing court applications, conducting land registry research, reviewing leases are some examples of the work you may be exposed to.

The role is based in the Milton Keynes office and offers hybrid working. Salary is up to £28,000 depending on experience.
