Paralegal

  • Assist in drafting, formatting, and proofreading legal documents
  • Conduct legal research to support attorneys in case preparation, including statutes, regulations, and case law.
  • Organise and maintain client files, ensuring they are up-to-date and accurate
  • Review and summarise legal documents and case files for attorneys.
  • Coordinate communication with clients, witnesses, experts, and opposing counsel.
  • Maintain and manage attorney calendars, including scheduling meetings, court dates, and deadlines.
  • Draft routine correspondence and memos for review and approval by attorneys.
  • Assist in the preparation of case summaries, reports, and presentations.
  • Perform administrative duties, such as filing, data entry, and document management.
