Our client has a vacancy for a Paralegal to join their Company Commercial team. The team deals with a wide range of clients including SMEs, entrepreneurs, family-owned businesses, and charitable and not-for-profit organisations. They provide a wide range of services including advising on the sale and purchase of businesses and companies, preparing and advising on shareholder agreements, advising directors and trustees on corporate and charity governance, and preparing and advising on a variety of commercial agreements for use in day-to-day business.

The role:

  • Drafting ancillary documents for corporate transactions.
  • Providing support on corporate transactions.
  • Conducting due diligence on corporate transaction including managing virtual data rooms.
  • Assisting with reviewing terms and conditions and other commercial contracts.

The successful candidate will have completed a law degree and have corporate experience in private practice. Completion of the Legal Practice Course is an advantage.
