We are working on behalf of a leading global lift manufacturer, committed to delivering high-quality lift solutions and exceptional service. Our clientis actively seeking a skilled and dedicated Lift Service & Callout Engineer to join their dynamic team in the Milton Keynes area. In this role, you will be responsible for servicing, maintaining, and repairing a variety of lift systems, ensuring they operate efficiently and safely. You will be the frontline representative of the company, providing excellent customer service and technical expertise.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct regular maintenance and inspections of lift systems to ensure optimal performance and compliance with safety regulations.
- Respond promptly to service calls and emergencies, diagnosing and resolving issues effectively.
- Perform small repairs and replacements of faulty components and systems as needed.
- Maintain accurate service records and documentation for each job.
- Communicate effectively with clients, providing updates on service status and recommendations for improvements.
- Collaborate with other team members and departments to enhance service delivery.
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 3 in Lift Servicing, or equivalent industry specific qualification.
- Proven experience in lift servicing, maintenance, or a similar technical role.
- Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A valid driving license and willingness to travel within the designated area.
