We’re recruiting for a Fleet Administrator to join a reputable, thriving brand with plenty of progression opportunities. If successful, you will join the Supply Chain team and administer the fleet orders, liaising with leasing companies and brokers to ensure deadlines are met.

Key Responsibilities for a Fleet Administrator:

  • Manage the fleet orders from leasing companies and brokers, tracking orders through the process and advising on timescales
  • Updating the internal system with fleet orders
  • Liaise with network on orders, delivery and collection of fleet vehicles
  • Respond to sales related queries from the network and leasing companies
  • Complete registration process for fleet vehicles
  • Creating PO’s and dealing with invoice queries

Essential Skills for a Fleet Administrator:

  • Previous customer service experience
  • Good interpersonal skills
  • Customer Focused
  • Able to work in a complex environment with conflicting demands
  • Self-motivated individual who enjoys working in a challenging environment
