Description
As a Sourcing Manager, you will lead multi-million-pound procurement projects with medium-cost and business risk profiles. You will collaborate with stakeholders across the business to deliver maximum commercial and contractual value, managing the full sourcing lifecycle from strategy to contract signature. - Develop and implement strategic procurement plans
- Manage relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts

Profile
A successful Procurement Manager should have:
- A Procurement Professional from a public sector, not for profit or utilities based organisation.
- Strong track record of delivering sourcing savings and driving value from complex procurement projects.
- Knowledge in contract law, financial management, and dispute resolution.
- Previously managed procurement under PCR2015 or equivalent public procurement regulations such as UCR.
- Ability to influence at an executive level with a politically savvy approach.
- Agile, problem-solving mindset with the ability to collaborate cross-functionally.
