TRANSPORT SUPERVISORWe are currently recruiting an experienced Transport Supervisor for our client based in Milton Keynes

The Role:As a Transport Supervisor, you will play an important role in supporting the smooth and efficient operation of their logistics team. 
  • Supervise daily transportation operations to ensure timely and efficient delivery of goods.
  • Greeting drivers with a warm smile and friendly conversation. 
  • Ensure that each driver receives the correct set of keys for their assigned vehicle and all necessary paperwork, such as delivery schedules or service instructions. It's all about attention to detail.
  • Resolving issues surrounding delays, time changes or problems encountered during vehicle tracking.
  • Build rapport with your drivers and establish an open line of communication.
  • De-briefing to ensure that the journey was safe and efficient for both the driver and the passengers. It's a time to discuss any issues or concerns that may have arisen during the shift, allowing for adjustments to be made if necessary.
