Our Social Housing Gas Client is currently seeking a skilled Gas Service and Repair Engineers to work on a subcontract basis, covering the Milton Keynes area & Surrounding. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute your expertise and make a positive impact.
Engineers may have to travel to Cambridge on occasion but will receive an additional payment if so.
Details:
- Day Rate: Guaranteed Day Rate £250.00 per day (weekly pay, one week in arrears)
- Working Hours: Monday to Friday
Responsibilities: As a Gas Repair Engineer, your key responsibilities will include:
- Upgrading condensate pipes
- Gas Services & Repairs
- Running pipe work
- Changing flues, seals, and related components
- Carrying out necessary reservices
Rest assured that all required materials will be provided.
Requirements:
- 5+ years repair experience
- Asbestos awareness – can be purchased after interview
- Gas Qualified (ACS HTR1 + CKR1)
- Own a van and essential tools (including drills)
- Hold a valid Gas Safe Registration
- Possess a clean Disclosure and Barring Service (DBS) record
