Salary: £53,500 (inclusive of shift allowance)

About the Role
As a Maintenance Engineer, you'll play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and reliability of advanced production equipment. Your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing expert electrical and mechanical support to ensure smooth production processes.
- Rapidly diagnosing and resolving issues with automated machinery to minimise downtime.
- Carrying out planned preventative maintenance (PPM) alongside reactive maintenance tasks.
- Identifying opportunities for continuous improvement and implementing solutions to optimise equipment performance.
- Assisting with machinery upgrades and process enhancement projects.
About You
We're looking for a hands-on professional with a strong background in a manufacturing or engineering environment. Whether your expertise lies in electrical or mechanical engineering, you'll thrive in this role if you have:
- Relevant qualifications, such as a BTEC/ONC, City & Guilds 2330, or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
- A time-served engineering apprenticeship.
- (Preferred) HNC in Electrical, Mechanical, or Production Maintenance Engineering.
- Strong fault-finding and analytical skills, combined with a commitment to maintaining high standards of work.
- The ability to work efficiently under pressure and a drive to continuously improve.
