Shift Pattern: 4 On 4 Off

  • Performing planned preventative maintenance (PPM) and addressing reactive maintenance tasks.
  • Identifying and implementing continuous improvement opportunities to optimise equipment performance.
  • Assisting with machinery upgrades and contributing to process enhancement projects.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Relevant qualifications such as BTEC/ONC, City & Guilds 2330, or NVQ Level 3 in Electrical or Multi-Skilled Engineering.
  • A time-served engineering apprenticeship or equivalent hands-on experience.
  • Strong fault-finding and analytical skills, with the ability to maintain high standards of work under pressure.
  • A proactive approach to continuous improvement and process optimisation.
