WorkShop Repair Shift Manager - Milton Keynes - 2pm to 10pm Monday to Friday
WOULD IDEALLY SUIT APPLICANTS WITH MANAGEMENT AND SUPERVISORY EXPERIENCE IN EITHER A MANUFACTURING, FACTORY, MECHANICAL OR ENGINEERING BACKGROUND
- £36,900 per annum plus enhanced holiday pay and free parking
- Extremely long term role that is highly likely to go permanent
Purpose of role:
- Managing a team manufacturing repair Operatives - 2pm - 10pm shift
- Overseeing repair work on containers and similar items
- Carrying out Risk assessments and making sure Safe Systems of Work are followed.
- Report on performance against targets
- Carrying out quality audits
Essential Experience:
- Management or supervisory experience in a factory, workshop, engineering, manufacturing environment
- Mechanical Experience and/or good manufacturing/engineering knowledge
- Previous experience of working in a factory, workshop, engineering or manufacturing environment
- Experience of carrying out quality audits and a strong understanding of health and safety
- Milton Keynes
2pm-10pm Monday to Friday- £36,900 per annum - very long term role with excellent chance for offer of permanent contract.
