Do you have previous experience in Administration? Are you looking for a new opportunity to provide Careers Support to Students? We are seeking Administrative Support to assist one of our Secondary Schools in the Milton Keynes area for the next academic term!

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support to the Careers Department, including scheduling appointments, managing correspondence, and maintaining records.
  • Assist in organising career events, workshops, and guest speaker sessions.
  • Liaise with students, parents, and external organisations to facilitate career guidance activities.
  • Prepare and distribute informational materials and resources.
  • Support the Careers Advisor with any additional tasks as required.

Requirements:

  • Previous administrative experience, preferably in an educational setting.
  • Excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • A positive attitude and a commitment to supporting students’ career development.
