PERMANENTBased in Milton KeynesSalary - £24,500 paOffice based Our client based in Milton Keynes are a large independent retailer, offering a small and friendly team with scope to develop your skills and experience. We are looking for a highly organised and customer focused ecommerce coordinator.  This role involves processing online orders, managing customer interactions via phone, chat and email, ensuring the smooth communication between suppliers, partners and branches throughout the UK.
  • Order Processing & Coordination
  • Handling orders from receipt to delivery
  • Dealing with customer queries regarding their orders, enquiries about product and services
  • Communicate effectively with suppliers and partner
  • Dealing with stock queries and return of stock
  • Calling existing customers to book appointments for sales or services
  • Following up on leads from marketing campaigns, website enquiries and past customers
  • Maintain accurate records on the CRM system
  • Dealing with quotations and converting quotations
Good communication skills, able to engage with people of all levels.  The ability to multitask and manage workload efficiently in a fast paced environment.
