Your Role as Facilities Management Lead:

As the Facilities Management Lead, you will be the key point of contact for our ACT Administrators and clients, ensuring smooth operations and high standards of compliance. You’ll manage team workloads, champion contract setups, and drive internal compliance initiatives.

What You Will Be Doing:

  • Lead and Inspire: Oversee daily deliverables, guiding your team to success.
  • Champion Compliance: Ensure the Assurance Compliance Tool (ACT) processes are followed meticulously, handling escalations with ease.
  • Drive Excellence: Lead your team to meet and exceed internal compliance benchmarks.
  • Support Growth: Manage new ACT client builds and resources for contract mobilisations, ensuring everything runs like clockwork.
  • Problem Solve: Work alongside the ACT Manager to resolve system issues and integrate new developments seamlessly.
  • Audit and Improve: Regularly review ACT processes, identifying areas for enhancement.

What We Are Looking For:

We’re seeking an experienced professional with a background in Facilities Management and a solid understanding of SFG20. You should have hands-on experience in asset maintenance and management, coupled with excellent communication skills, a knack for problem-solving, and the ability to thrive under pressure.

  • FM/ACT Experience: Previous experience in a similar role within Facilities Management.
  • SFG20
  • Effective Communicator: You can articulate clearly and manage relationships with ease.
  • Problem Solver: Able to think on your feet and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • Commercial Awareness: You understand the importance of adhering to contractual obligations and ensuring commercial governance.
