Our client is a specialist in Water Treatment, who are seeking a hardworking Water Treatment Engineer, to cover new contracts in the Home Counties / South Midlands area. You must have an excellent level of industry technical knowledge and ideally you will have a varied hands-on experience, so your skills can be utilised across a range of contracts. They are offering good training programmes to hardworking applicants. Salaries are competitive and come with a healthy package of benefits.

Locations of work include: Milton Keynes, Bletchley, Buckingham, Bicester, Witney, Oxford, Kidlington, Abington, Didcot, Wantage, Aylesbury, Leighton Buzzard, Luton, Hitchin, Stevenage, Biggleswade, Bedford, St Neots, Northampton, Wellingborough, Daventry, Banbury, Kettering, Corby, Huntingdon.

Experience / Qualifications:
- Will be working as a Water Treatment Engineer for a well-established outfit
- Must have undertaken: tank cleans & disinfections, showerhead descales, basic outlet flushing and water sampling
- It would be preferable to have experience with process systems, including: Cooling Towers and Closed Systems
- Plumbing or industry-relevant qualifications and training would be beneficial, but not essential
- Able to work confidently to ACOP L8 and HSG 274 guidelines
- IT proficient
- Good written ability

The Role:
- You will be working as a Water Treatment Engineer, covering a mix of Commercial, Local Authority and Industrial client sites
- Showerhead descales
- Acid descales
- Tank cleans & disinfections
- Basic flushes on outlets
- Routine water sampling & temperature monitoring
- Servicing TMVs
- Inspections of expansion vessels
- Writing service reports identifying any issues and recording works completed
- Being able to travel as per company requirements
