Operations Manager
We are looking for an operations manager who can help the company achieve their objectives while looking to improve their support strategy to clients across the business. The role will involve working with senior stakeholders, managing the service team and be an advocate for MI to drive the company forward.Â
You will need to be well versed with PowerBI, Query and Dashboard reporting to report back on issues such as KPI objectives. There are two teams you will have management of, namely the client service support team (remote support) as well as the installations and filed team. Â
Required Skills and experience:
- Previous experience within a customer focused operation management position, driving teams and process improvements across the business.Â
- Experience of PowerBI, producing reports.Â
- Experience of managing SLA’s, have an understanding of cost/benefits
- An understanding of health and safety, carrying out audits, risk assessments and ensure legislation is adhered to.Â
