About the role of Site Manager:
Working on commercial refurbishment projects valued 1 - 10 million, with a focus on CAT A fit out.
Responsibilities for Site Manager:
- Checking and preparing site reports
- Day to day client liaising and staff reports
- Ensuring quality checks on site
- Ensuring sub contractors are working to deadlines
Requirements for Site Manager:
- Happy to travel around Milton Keynes, Cambridge and Reading
- Experience working on projects valued 1 - 10 million
- CAT A and commercial fit out experience
- Enthusiastic, knowledgeable and driven to deliver
