This role is part of a pan-European Marketing and Communications team, responsible for crafting engaging and accurate copy across various channels. The Digital Comms specialist collaborates with stakeholders and leadership to produce content for emails, newsletters, online media, social media, video scripts, and print literature. Working alongside another UK-based Copywriter, they will create, revise, and proofread content to ensure clarity, accuracy, and consistency. Establishing a trusted and impactful dialogue with customers and sales agents is key.
Core Responsibilities
- Write compelling and accurate copy for customer communications, including emails, newsletters, social media, video scripts, and printed materials.
- Adapt messaging for customers and sales representatives, ensuring consistency with brand voice and key product messaging.
- Translate complex information into clear, appealing copy.
- Collaborate with internal teams (e.g., Events, Finance, IT, and Operations) to develop relevant content.
- Support localised content creation for different markets and sales managers.
- Proofread and edit content for consistency and accuracy.
- Upload content across various platforms following company guidelines.
- Work with translations for multiple languages.
- Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and communication requirements.
Qualifications and Experience
- Bachelor's degree in Publishing, Digital Marketing, Communications, English, Journalism, or a related field preferred.
- 1-2 years of experience in copywriting for digital and print channels.
- Experience in direct sales/multi-level marketing is desirable but not required.
- Strong attention to detail and consistency in brand messaging.
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and work under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
