Are you looking for a flexible, part-time role with a small, friendly team?

New Gen Media are on the lookout for a Part-Time Marketing Administrator to join our team! If you’re organised, enjoy writing, and want to help with the behind-the-scenes of marketing, we want to hear from you!

This is a perfect opportunity if you're looking for a few hours a week with the flexibility to balance other commitments. You don’t necessarily need to be a marketing expert, just someone who’s excited to jump in, learn, and contribute to our team’s success.

What You’ll Be Doing As Our Marketing Administrator:

  • Content Scheduling: You’ll help schedule posts and content across social media for our clients.
  • Writing Captions: Crafting short, snappy captions for posts - inline with the clients tone of voice.
  • Reports & Analysis: Putting together reports to track how campaigns and content are performing - don’t worry, we’ll help you get the hang of it!
  • Client Check-ins: Occasionally meeting clients to support Account Managers, if required.
  • Supporting the Team: Assisting the account management team with various admin tasks to keep everything running smoothly.

What We’re Looking For From The Marketing Administrator Role:

  • Organised & Reliable: You love keeping things on track and meeting deadlines - no stress, just efficient!
  • Good with Words: You don’t need to be a copywriting pro, but you’re comfortable writing captions and emails that sound friendly and clear.
  • Team Player: We’re a small, close-knit team, so being able to pitch in and help out where needed is important.
  • Driver: You’ll need your own car for occasional travel or errands.
  • Self-Starter: We need someone who can take initiative and get things done independently (but don’t worry - we’ll be here for support when needed!).
