Marketing CRM Business Analyst

Milton Keynes - hybrid

C£50,000 with excellent benefits, including company car!

As a CRM BA for the Marketing department, you will play a pivotal role within the marketing team, you will work with the business to refine and develop marketing platforms as well as give invaluable data insight to increase marketing performance across the board and consumer insight.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Identify opportunities to deliver increased business value from the CRM platform
  • Determine areas of the business that could benefit from having data in a CRM platform
  • Collecting, understanding, and transmitting the business requirements for all projects, and translating these into functional specifications and detailed test plans
  • Analyse and document business processes, highlight end to end process improvement opportunities.
  • Document workflows and results of business analysis
  • Act as the link between the marketing and IT team
  • Drive project plans and objectives
  • Always manage and maintain CRM data to the highest quality
  • On-going reporting and analysis for all marketing data from CRM
  • Budget management for CRM

What experience are we looking for?

  • Project management skills - End to end experience of the project lifecycle
  • Demonstrable experience writing, user stories, requirements specifications for future developments and change requests.
  • End to end testing of all the websites, new developments and customer journey's.
  • Risk & issue identification, mitigation and management
  • Quantitative & qualitative data analysis to generate insights and reports
  • Expert in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 360, Microsoft applications - especially PowerPoint, Word, Visio and Excel, and Power BI or equivalent.
  • Ability to build effective internal and external relationships
  • Communication & presentation skills
