We are seeking a passionate and driven Marketing CRM Business Analyst for our client based in Milton Keynes. This is your chance to make a significant impact on marketing performance and lead engagement strategies.

Role Overview: As a Marketing CRM Business Analyst, you'll play a pivotal role in refining and developing marketing platforms. Your insights will drive marketing performance and enhance engagement with the leads platform. You'll work closely with the Senior Data & CRM Manager to turn data into actionable strategies.

This is not a technical role! It is a front-end role, focusing on customer journeys and writing user stories. You will collaborate closely with the IT team, who will manage the back end.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Innovate: Identify opportunities to maximize the value of your CRM platform (Salesforce Marketing Cloud).
  • Collaborate: Work with cross-divisional teams to gather and translate business requirements.
  • Analyse: Document business processes and propose improvements.
  • Maintain Excellence: Ensure CRM data is top-notch and provide ongoing analysis.
  • Lead: Drive project plans.

What We're Looking For:

  • Skills: Project management, data analysis, and proficiency in Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Microsoft Dynamics 360, and other Microsoft applications.
  • Qualities: Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. A proactive problem solver with a can-do attitude.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a Business Analyst role is great, but we're most excited about your potential to grow and make an impact.
